NOTE: If a house is being constructed on a corner lot, an address will be assigned for each street. The address will be determined by the direction in which the house is facing, NOT the location of the driveway or mailbox. To avoid additional fees by MLGW and code enforcement agencies, permits must be obtained using the correct address.
MLGW can not release addresses for developments or properties that have NOT been approved by the appropriate local planning department and MLGW Address Assignment.
